Operators should return all tender(s) in a sealed envelope to the Chief Executive’s Department to the address below (do not send to the Sustainable Travel Group), tenders are to arrive no later than the date shown on the tender documents.  Tenders should be returned to;

In all cases, please do not write or make any mark on the envelope which might indicate your company’s identity.  If the tender submission is hand-delivered to the reception desk then it is recommended that a receipt is obtained to confirm the submission.
