Payment in full will close the case and no further correspondence disputing this Penalty Charge Notice will be considered.

Cheques should be made payable to Leicestershire County Council. Do not send cash in the post. Post-dated cheques will NOT be accepted.
Payment must be made no later than the last day of the period of 28 days beginning with the date on which the Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) was served e.g. if PCN was served on the 1st April 2008, payment must be received by 28th April 2008.
The penalty charge will be reduced by the discount of 50% if it is paid no later than the last day of the period of 14 days beginning with the date on which the PCN was served; e.g. PCN issued 1st April 2008 discount payment must be received by 14th April 2008.
Please quote the Penalty Charge Notice number at all times.
