Information and forms for existing residents' parking zones

All residents’ parking zones in Leicestershire are managed by Leicestershire County Council.

Please print the appropriate form, complete the details requested and send back to ‘Residents Parking’ with payment and any requested documentation.

Payment by credit or debit card may be made by telephone for:
- Renewals – if you are a permanent resident and no details have changed
- Visitor and Trade Visitor permits

Please note that there is no facility for payment in person at County Hall.

It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that their vehicle is parked legally and safely in a suitable location until such time as a permit is obtained. Leicestershire County Council can take no responsibility for any Penalty Charge Notices that may be served if a vehicle is parked in a residents’ parking zone without a valid permit. Applications for permits by short-term tenants in a property, for example students, MUST be submitted by post.  Applications cannot be dealt with in person at County Hall.
