We have seen many super heroes with extraordinary or superhuman powers dedicated to protecting the public.
Climate change is one of the biggest threats to humans and our contribution to atmospheric CO2 makes our life vulnerable.
We could reduce our impact on the climate change by adapting energy efficient behaviour and this will help to save energy, money and the environment.
Can you design a super hero that helps to achieve aims of the Big Switch Off campaign?
Design your Big Switch Off Super Hero for a chance of winning…
We would like to invite all primary school children in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland to take part in the design competition to express their creativity. Download the competition guidelines (.pdf) and encourage your pupils to design their own Super Hero. You could be a lucky winner – check some fantastic prizes!
- Key Stage One Winner - A brand new scooter and safety equipment
- Key Stage Two Winner -A brand new bike and safety equipment
- The winning schools will be able to arrange a day of animal outreach by the Twycross Zoo Education Team. They will do six sessions at your school on a day to suit you.
