Climate change is a global challenge and requires a global response. Here at Leicestershire County Council we are aiming to be one of the best performing County Council's in England on environmental issues by the end of 2012. To help use achieve this we have developed a number of initiatives with the aim of reducing our impact on the environment. With the help of our staff and partners to support us we aspire to become a low carbon authority.
