Local Validation Requirements

Leicestershire County Council in conjunction with the Local Planning Authorities (excluding Blaby District Council) have approved Local Validation Requirements that should be adhered to ensuring the planning application is valid.  

Please refer to the local validation requirements prior and during the submission of the planning application.  Please note should the application not be in accordance with the local validation requirements it would not be valid.
