Part 1 holds
standard information required to process your planning application and should be completed and signed.

- Certificate Article 7
When making an
application you must complete an Article 7 Certificate which provides details of the ownership of the
site.

If you are not the sole land
owner then you need to serve a notice under Article 6, this should be published in a newspaper or served
on the owner or tenant.
