Planning permission is required for the importation of waste materials to raise
the existing ground levels.
Planning permission is required for the importation of any waste onto either agricultural,
or private land, types of waste could be green waste, household waste, paper, scrap metals, inert waste,
construction waste, this list is not exhaustive.
Planning permission is required for the infilling of; e.g. disused railway cuttings,
low levels of agricultural land, wet areas, this list is not exhaustive.
Planning permission normally required for the storage, sorting and screening of
imported waste, in any quantity, whether internally (buildings) or on the land. For example, green
waste, household waste, paper, scrap metals, inert waste, construction waste, this list is not exhaustive.
Planning permission is required for the storage and dismantling of ‘End of Life
Vehicles’ and all types of scrap metals.
