Report an Incident

Breach of condition/ breach of planning control / complaint
If you have any concerns or complaint regarding a County Council or Minerals and Waste Planning Permission then please contact us on the details below.
As the County Planning and Enforcement Department we appreciate as much assistance as possible from the general public in monitoring active sites and un-permitted development.
If you are unsure if the site or activity is a county matter please contact us anyway as we may be able to advise you who to contact.
When making a complaint please give as much information as possible:
  • Describing the site location/ address
  • Site owner
  • Nature of complaint
  • When the event occurred, date/ time.
(If the complaint is regarding lorry movements then please give the registration number and company name if possible)
