Woodhouse Lane, near Nanpantan, Loughborough, LE11 3YG, in North Leicestershire. The site is adjacent to The Outwoods and 2 miles north-west of the Beacon Hill Lower car park.

The site comprises ten hectares of mixed woodland with rocky outcrops and was presented to Leicestershire County Council in 1977 to commemorate the Queen's Silver Jubilee.

The site is adjoing The Outwoods, managed by Charnwood Borough Council.

There are some uneven paths.
