Monitoring and Enforcement Reports

Leicestershire County Council is the Mineral and Waste Planning Authority and has the responsibility to control these types of developments.  Development must be carried out in accordance with the approved plans and other documents submitted in support of the application.  It is important that the Council’s requirements are met and that permission is correctly implemented. The County Council is also committed to dealing with all complaints concerning alleged breaches of planning control.
The following reports form part of the quarterly presentation to the Development Control and Regulatory Board as part of the Councils ongoing commitment to ensure compliance with permitted development and the integrity of the planning system is maintained.
