One way to gain some insight into your own level of stress symptoms is to complete the following checklist.  Print and then complete the following questionnaire.

Scoring:  It is not the total score in each section which is important, but the number of either behavioural or physical symptoms on which you score 2 or 3.  If, in either category, you are showing more than three symptoms with scores of 2 or 3, then it suggests you may be suffering from stress-related problems.
