Living in the twenty-first century, our lifestyle does not always encourage us to be physically active. We use buses or cars etc to transport us wherever we want to go. We watch television, videos and many of us sit at computers all day long. But despite these lifestyle changes which have happened over recent years, our bodies remain the same – designed to undertake a certain amount of strenuous physical activity.
