Your Rights
- You must always be notified and agree to the Educational Psychologist becoming involved with your child when he or she is under the age of 16. After the age of 16 young people must give their own consent.
- You can get in touch directly with The Psychology Service – telephone 0116 305 5100.
- You should always be informed when the Educational Psychologist intends to work directly with your child and be invited to be present should you so wish.
- The County Council’s complaints procedure applies to the work of The Psychology Service.
