Quorn Hall International Education Centre

Accommodation

Quorn Hall - Beds
Quorn Hall International Education Centre offers centrally heated and carpeted accommodation for 120 visitors, arranged in dormitories for 4 to 10, with separate twin bedded rooms for accompanying staff.

Catering

All meals are cooked and prepared in Quorn Hall's own kitchen. For groups wishing to return later than the normal evening meal time, a hot or cold meal can be provided by prior arrangement.

Educational Activities

Indoor facilities include a lounge with television and a games room. Dedicated areas for study can be arranged prior to a visit. Outdoor facilities include volley-ball, badminton, boule and football.

Health & Safety

Leicestershire County Council declares that its Safety Policy, as an employer, is to promote, establish and consolidate such measures as are reasonably practicable to foster the safety, health and welfare at work of all persons both employees and visitors.

Outdoor Pursuits

Canoeing
Quorn Hall has it's own Outdoor Education Centre on site, situated on the banks of the River Soar. Activities including Archery, Canoeing, Climbing, Orienteering and Team Challenges can be booked directly with the qualified instructors based there.
Nearby Beaumanor Park also offers a range of field study and day activities for groups visiting Quorn Hall.

Conference Facilities

Quorn Conference Facilities
Quorn Hall is able to offer conference facilities for groups up to 45 in number for meetings and seminars. Meeting rooms can be arranged in different styles and audio/visual facilities are available.

Weekend visits

Quorn Hall is an ideal base to explore the Leicestershire countryside. There are numerous places of interest within easy travelling distance. We have a detailed listing which you may find helpful e.g. The National Space Centre, Snibston Discovery Park, The Great Central Steam Railway, Stratford Upon Avon, York and London.
