Catering
Beaumanor Hall provides an excellent catering service for events of all types. Conference organisers may take advantage of wholesome, reasonably-priced menus, offering lunches, evening meals, snacks and hot and cold beverages. We aim to provide as flexible a service as possible and are always happy to discuss the individual requirements of our customers. Catering options and prices are available upon request.
A variety of catering options are available for Weddings and Social Events, which offer formal waitress-served meals for up to 120 guests and less formal buffets for a maximum of 200 people. Our caterers are extremely professional and always aim to offer the highest standard of service while maintaining a friendly and flexible approach to the individual needs of our customers.

Commercial Events

Beaumanor Hall and Park offer a wonderful setting for Antique Fairs, Craft Fairs, Concerts, Garden parties, Trade Fairs, Product Launches and Photo shoots. The breathtaking stained glass window, dramatic split staircase and ornate ceilings provide the perfect backdrop for all manner of events. There is a disabled access to the ground floor of the Hall and gardens.

Health & Safety
Leicestershire County Council declares that its Safety Policy, as an employer, is to promote, establish and consolidate such measures as are reasonably practicable to foster the safety, health and welfare at work of all persons both employees and visitors.
Information Technology
This first floor room has been updated with new equipment and furniture and benefits from air-conditioning and a hearing induction loop. It is equipped with 15 workstations running Windows XP and Microsoft Office 2007 that are connected to the internet by EMBC, the regional broadband network used by schools and colleges across the East Midlands. The room has a projector, interactive whiteboard, and printer, and other options such as video conferencing equipment are available.

Conference Rooms

Beaumanor Hall Conference Centre offers a wide range of accommodation, suitable for large conferences, smaller more intimate meetings, recruitment and selection, product launches and exhibitions. The Hall and grounds may be used for a variety of activities throughout the year at extremely competitive prices. Our team of skilled instructors are able to produce and run Team Building programmes suitable for both adult groups and students. A Computer Suite is available for hire and offers training opportunities for ICT development. We are able to provide portable audio-visual equipment, such as overhead and carousel projectors, VHS video and TV, Cassette/CD players and flipcharts for use in the conference rooms, as well as exhibition screens and tables if required. Disabled access and related facilities are available on the ground floor of the Hall.

Social Events
Beaumanor Hall offers modern comfort in an elegant period setting and is surrounded by acres of beautifully kept gardens and parkland. With it’s breathtaking stained glass window, dramatic split staircase and ornate plaster and wood carving, the Hall provides a perfect backdrop for parties and social events of all types and never fails to impress family and friends. Bar and Catering facilities are available, details of which may be obtained upon request, along with prices for hiring the facilities.
Parking
Free on-site parking for up to 180 vehicles is available at Beaumanor Hall throughout the year, with additional designated spaces for disabled parking and unloading, where a ramp is situated at the main entrance to the Hall. Security lighting and CCTV cameras are in operation on the car park, and attendants are available to help with parking during our busiest periods.
We are unable to offer overnight accommodation within the Hall itself, though our dormitory-style self-catering cabins, situated within Beaumanor Park may be booked in advance if considered suitable for your needs. A list of local hotels and guest houses is provided in our information pack, which is obtainable upon request.
