How to find us
Located in the heart of Charnwood, the village of Woodhouse is situated between Loughborough and Leicester. Within easy reach of the M1 and M42; 30 minutes from East Midlands Airport and 45 minutes from Birmingham Airport. 10 minutes from mainline railway station at Loughborough and on the bus route between Leicester Haymarket and Loughborough High Street. Free parking for 120 cars.
Beaumanor Hall is located within the village of Woodhouse, which is situated between Woodhouse Eaves and Quorn, approximately 4 miles south of Loughborough and 12 miles north of Leicester.
Directions and Location Map
From M1 Junction 23 (Loughborough)- Drive towards Loughborough on the A512, then take the first right-hand turn onto Snells Nook Lane.
- At the traffic lights (Priory pub on your left) go straight across.
- At the next junction (after approx. 2 miles) turn left onto Beacon Road.
- Follow the road straight on (passing that turning into Woodhouse Eaves) into Woodhouse on the Forest Road.
- Beaumanor Hall is signposted within the village, and the turning into Beaumanor Drive is on the left-hand side, heading out towards Quorn.
From M1 Junction 22 (Markfield)- Join the A511 towards Coalville.
- At the first roundabout, turn right into the B591.
- After approx. 2 miles take the right-hand turn signposted 'Woodhouse Eaves, (formerly the B591, this road is now declassified).
- Carry straight on, crossing the B5330, continuing down Beacon Road (passing the turning into Woodhouse Eaves) on into Woodhouse on the Forest Road.
- Beaumanor Hall is signposted within the village, and the turning into Beaumanor Drive is on the left-hand side, heading out towards Quorn.
From the A6 (Quorn)- From the old A6 at Quorn take the Woodhouse Road, signposted Woodhouse Eaves and Swithland.
- This road takes you over the Great Central Railway Bridge and after approx. 2 miles, on into Woodhouse, the turning for Beaumanor Hall is immediately on your right as you enter the village.
