The Wider Opportunites Programme for Instrumental and Vocal Learning has been running for over two years for pupils at Key Stage 2.  In November 2008 visits were carried out in a sample of 31 schools in Leicester and Leicester-Shire. The report and a summary gives an evaluation of the programme in schools along with case studies of effective practice.
