If you're thinking about returning to work but don't have many qualifications, we can provide those first steps back.
  • one-to-one advice to help you plan your way into work and apply for jobs
  • free courses such as First Aid, Food Hygiene, Confidence Building, Stress Management, Diet & Exercise, Assertiveness, Interview Skills, CV Writing, Life Coaching
Plus
  • the chance to brush up on your Maths and English
  • a free start in computer skills
  • help with childcare and/or transport costs if you are in receipt of benefit

If you’re on Incapacity or a similar benefit and would like to think about returning to learning and/or work with a supportive team, Learn 2 Earn will work with you to plan your individual programme.
Participation in the programme will help you to
  • Value your existing skills and experience
  • Build confidence and skills in a supportive and positive environment
  • Plan the learning and other action which will help you reach your goals
  • Move on to learning and training that suits you
  • Get expert support in finding and keeping a job
Participation in the programme is free of charge and will not affect your benefits.
