Neurolinguistic Programming – This course prepares you to notice what you are doing that works … or doesn’t,which means you generate many more useful choices. You will understand how to really communicate and develop great relationships through learning to think differently and expanding your world view to reduce stress, increase confidence and set do-able, compelling goals.

Human Physiology & Health GCSE - This course, which was formally Human Biology, is for adults wishing to gain a science qualification. The course will cover many aspects of human biology including: the environment & pollution, the systems of the body, reproduction, genetics & genetic engineering.  In addition to Anatomy & Physiology, as required by the nursing and caring profession, this course also includes an environment element.

 

Astronomy - Have you ever looked up on a clear night and wanted to know more about the stars? What constellations and planets can you see? How far away are the stars? These are just a few of the questions you will explore, as well as discussing planets, stars and galaxies.

 

Can’t Cook, Want to Cook? - Learn to cook from the basics to the specialities! Improve your cooking skills and learn new techniques to prepare, cook and serve delicious meals to wow your family and friends!  There is a selection of other courses is on offer and all include healthy eating, nutrition, foods in season, food safety and food hygiene.

Sugarcraft - This is an exciting craft that inspires you to develop your creative skills with our experienced tutors who have a passion for their craft. Coursesand one day workshops are available from absolute beginners to advanced, and a variety of techniques are taught in a relaxed and informal atmosphere allowing you to develop your artistic approach and confidence.
