Mainstream Playscheme funding
Playscheme funding offers financial help for Playschemes to run in Leicestershire to provide safe and inclusive play environment for children through out the summer holidays. The application process for 2012 was opened on Monday 9th January 2012 and all of the information, application forms and guidance are available below for you to download and complete.

Playscheme Training Opportunities
To help prospective playschemes there are a number of Workshops running throughout Leicestershire and will include:
- the benefits of play
- the role of the adult in a play environment
- positive intervention
- a process focused approach
- planning for Playschemes
- innovative approaches to play
These workshops will give you an opportunity to network with other playscheme providers and share best practice ideas, and the course information is below:
