INFORM
INFORM is a computer based system which allows easy, secure communication between childcare providers and the local authority. It can be accessed by visiting www.informleics.co.uk and is currently used for gathering information, such as:
- headcount forms
- mid term adjustment forms
- early years census
- childminder audit
In the future we will look to extend INFORM’s uses to cover other communications between the local authority and Leicestershire’s childcare providers.
Sign up to INFORM
If you are a provider and would like to be sign up to INFORM simply e-mail us at INFORM@leics.gov.uk and include your:
- provision name
- provision address
- contact name
- contact e-mail address
Once we receive this information we will contact you about setting up your INFORM account.
