Registration Fees

From 6 April 2011
Leicestershire Registration Services have to charge for some of their services and ceremonies.

Unless otherwise stated, payment can be made by debit/credit card (except payments under £10), cash or cheque (made payable to Leicestershire County Council)

Certificate fees

Issuing a Birth / Death / Marriage and Civil Partnership certificate at Registration £3.50
Certificates issued after registration from a current register for birth, death, marriage and civil partnership £7
Certificates issued from closed registers (those deposited at County Hall) £9
Records held at County Hall for issue within one working day of request £23 plus certificate fee
