Civil Wedding and Civil Partnership Venues in Leicestershire

Leicestershire has an impressive range of venues from which you can choose to hold a civil ceremony. The Registration Service has six suites located around the County; other venues licensed to hold civil ceremonies include prestigious buildings, hotels and restaurants.Firstly, choose where you want to hold your ceremony and check its availability. Then confirm, with Leicestershire Registration Service's County Superindent Registrar that Registration Officers will be available on that day and at that time.

You can arrange a civil wedding or civil partnership at any of the six suites provided by the Registration Service. For other approved premises you will need to check with the premise directly to confirm what the holder of the approval is providing

When you make your booking at an Approved Venue, check how much they charge, as costs vary from venue to venue and will differ from those charged at Registration Service Suites, which are marked with* in the list below.

*" Due to the unfortunate fire at Melton Borough Council Offices the Registration Service has had to re-locate to the Area Offices, Leicester Road, Melton. For enquiries regarding the registration of either Births or Deaths, please call 0116 305 8781. For marriage or civil partnership enquiries please call 0116 305 6565. We are currently applying to license the ceremony room at Leicester Road, if successful the room can cater for ceremonies of up to 22 people in total."
