Behind the Scenes evaluation report now available.
The Behind the Scenes poetry workshop series has been running for nearly nine years. In that time a variety of museum, heritage and cultural sites have been sources of inspiration for a wonderful range of poetry, published in seven anthologies.
The Open Museum has commissioned freelance arts development consultant and poet, Katie Daniels, to evaluate the Behind the Scenes series. The first phase evaluation report, which examines the benefits and needs for Behind the Scenes, is now available.
“The concept of using historic buildings and museum exhibits as a jumping off point is wonderful and gives the opportunity to ‘travel’ geographically and in time which takes us all beyond our own experiences. Fantastic!” (Participant feedback)
The results from the Phase two focus group evaluation will be available in March.
