Renewals

You can renew your loans and check reservations by phone 7 days a week, 24 hours a day - by phone on 0845 602 2815 or online.

To renew online or by the new phone service you will need a PIN.  If you do not have one, just ask a member of staff.

You can renew books up to nine times by phone or online, but we will ask you to bring them into the library if you want to renew them for a further period.

Also, as a library member you will automatically receive a phone call* to let you know that a member of your household has:

The new service will provide you with a quicker service and may save you money on overdue charges.  To make use of this free service you do not need to do anything.

*If you do not wish to receive an automatic telephone message about overdue items or reservations, fill in the form on the 24 Hour Services Information card (available from libraries) or email your request stating your full name and library ticket number, to libraries@leics.gov.uk
