The library has a car park, ramp to entrance and is all on one level with wide aisles.
Christina Baker, the library manager responsible for Ratby, is based at Earl Shilton Library. A larger collection can be found at Leicester Library.

Ancestry Library Edition is available in this library free of charge to do family history research.
Events/What's OnWriggly Readers Story and Rhyme Time. 0-4 years with parents or carers. Every fourth Thursday of the month 2.00pm - 2.30pm.
