A small rural library between Birstall and Mountsorrel, providing a limited range of services for the local community. Ramp to entrance and library is all on one level.

June Taylor, the library manager responsible for Rothley, is based at Birstall Library. Larger collections can be found at Birstall or Loughborough Libraries.
