Do I Need Planning Permission?

The following information regarding any proposed waste or mineral development and whether such development requires, or does not require planning consent is only for general guidance.  Should there be any doubt then contact the planning office at Leicestershire County Council and we would be happy to advise you and arrange a pre application meeting if necessary.
Planning permission is generally required for any development "in, on, over or under land" and also the change of use of a building or land
