a telephone and online service offering information and advice on consumer issues.
Consumer Direct offers you the first general advice and if you still require further
advice or information then you will be referred to a the Duty Officer on the Advice team within Leicestershire
Trading Standards.
We also provide a list of useful leaflets that can offer information and guidance
to help with your claim or enquiry.
