We offer two distinct sets of leaflets.

Set 1 business leaflets (ERWIN) are targeted to the type of business that you select and present the legal requirements in a simpler, user-friendly format, which may well suit most smaller businesses.
Set 2 business leaflets (TSI) are less precisely catalogued, but present the requirements in greater detail

Leicestershire Trading Standards Service are able to offer a Business Advice and Training Service tailored for your requirements.

We have a dedicated telephone helpline on 0116 305 8000, offering free advice to businesses.

We also offer training for businesses on both civil and criminal trading law, covering business sector issues and particular aspects of law such as credit advertising, internet selling, new trading laws etc.
