Centre Extensions

Five new Technology Suites, in 3 blocks, have been completed, at a cost of approximately £1.6M. This has created an additional 1,130 m2 (12,160 sq. ft) of lettable floor space. This project was undertaken with the close collaboration and assistance of East Midlands Development Agency.

Features include;

A new glass fronted reception/atrium with feature lift to improve the entrance of the Centre.
An extension to the rear of the existing Centre creating a further two units of 212 m2 (2,280 sq. ft) each.
A Technology Suite in a free standing block of 280 m2 (3,000 sq. ft.).
Two Technology Suites in a free standing block, one suite 280 m2 (3,000 sq. ft) and another of 146 m2 (1,570 sq. ft).

The space inside the new free standing units is of a good office standard, and could enable laboratory/prototype work as required. The larger units are available as a whole or split by floor, while the smaller free standing unit is intended for a single let occupant.
