The original Loughborough Technology Centre was constructed in 1984, and comprises a two storey portal frame building with profile steel cladding, set in campus style grounds of over 3 acres.
The extension and free standing blocks were completed in March 2003.
The building currently totals over 3,080 m2 (33,160 sq. ft) of lettable space for office/laboratory use. Suites are available individually or in combinations ranging in size from 18 m2 (200 sq. ft) to 280 m2 (3,000 sq. ft).
Access to the main building is made via entrance doors at either end of the building, or, for the ground floor units, via independent external doors to each unit. There are 20 ground floor and 14 first floor units, serviced on both floors by a full length central corridor. Offices are available as suites or individual units.
In addition to the rent there is a;

  • Electricity and gas (where available) are individually metered
  • Rates are not included and are payable directly to Charnwood Borough Council.
