![]() New School Sessions Available!Harborough Museum now offers a new school
session – ‘The Hallaton Treasure and the Romans’. It draws upon the new resources of the Treasure Gallery,
including Iron Age and Roman coins, brooches, helmets and a Roman mosaic. The new session includes a
storytelling session led by the museum’s very own Iron Age lady, Seren. The exciting interactive tale is set in AD 43 and tells of a local tribe’s encounters with the Roman
invaders. Following the storytelling session children can take part in a range
of activities:

The workshop is aimed at Key Stages 1 &
2 and has cross-curricula links. All of your old favourites are still there
too with sessions on Remembrance, Tudors, Toys, How we used to live and Harborough Then and Now. To
