Pupils investigate and play with a range of replica 'toys from the past' and compare and
contrast with toys today.
Pupils learn about the materials that toys were made from in the past and how they moved
without batteries or electricity. 45 minute session plus time to look around the museum fills a morning or afternoon. Half day sessions can also be combined to make full-day visits (please enquire).

Travelling Toybox sessions Our Old Toybox session is now available as an outreach session in your school. Price: £2 per pupil (plus mileage at 40p per mile to and from the museum to your school) Please enquire for details.
